Kreyon is a drawing, painting and comics app for Android, iPad, iPhone, Mac and Windows, made by Lumivance Technologies Private Limited. This page covers the app. The brush and palette store on kreyon.digital has accounts and payments, and is covered by the kreyon.digital privacy policy.

The short version: the Kreyon app does not collect your artwork or your personal information. It has no account, no ads, no analytics and no crash-reporting services, and it works fully offline. Your artwork is yours, and we never use it to train AI, never sell it and never pass it to anyone.

If your device backs up to iCloud or Google, that backup is between you and Apple or Google.
The one-time unlock is sold by Google Play or the Apple App Store, which handle the payment and tell the app whether you own it. We never see your card, UPI or billing details. On the Mac and Windows versions sold on kreyon.digital, payments are handled by Razorpay as described in the kreyon.digital privacy policy.
The app may ask Google Play or the App Store whether a newer version exists, and may show the store's own review prompt. Those requests go to Google or Apple, not to us.
Because the app sends nothing to us, there is nothing for us to share. We do not sell data.
Everything the app keeps is on your device. Deleting artworks in the app removes them; uninstalling Kreyon removes all of its data from that device.
The app collects no personal information, so it is safe for anyone to use. Buying on kreyon.digital is for people aged 18 or over; a parent or guardian should buy for anyone younger.
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date.

Kreyon Store is a separate app for Android, iPhone and iPad (and a web version) where you buy and download brush packs and colour palettes for Kreyon. Unlike the Kreyon drawing app, Kreyon Store has an account, so your purchases follow you to every device. This section covers the Kreyon Store app.
The short version: we collect only what an account and your purchases need: your email, your name if you sign in with Google or Apple, what you buy and download, and the security checks that keep paid downloads safe. No ads, no analytics or tracking tools, and we do not sell your data. You can delete your account at any time from inside the app.

Payments. On Android, purchases go through Google Play Billing. On iPhone and iPad they go through the Apple App Store. On the web they go through Razorpay on kreyon.digital. We never receive your card, UPI or bank details. Google, Apple or Razorpay tell us only whether a payment succeeded, along with its order ID.
Your artwork. Kreyon Store never sees your drawings. "Send to Kreyon" hands a downloaded pack from the Store app to the Kreyon app on the same device.
No AI training. We never use your data, or any pack, brush, palette or artwork made by the artists who sell on Kreyon, to train, fine-tune or prompt any AI or machine-learning model, and our providers may not use it for their own purposes.
These providers process data only to run the service for us. We do not sell or rent your data. We may disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our users or the service against fraud.
Data is stored by Google Cloud, in India or in other countries where Google operates, under contract to protect it.
You can delete your Kreyon Store account, and the data linked to it, at any time.
Can't open the app? Email o.art@lmvctec.in from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my Kreyon Store account". We'll confirm it's you and delete the account within 30 days.
What is deleted: your sign-in account, email address, name and profile photo, your Store profile and terms acceptance, your purchase list, your download records and the devices linked to your account.
What is kept: payment and order records (amount, date and order ID) for as long as Indian tax law requires, currently up to eight years. They are detached from your account (the account ID is removed) and used only for tax and accounting. Packs you have already downloaded stay on your device until you remove them. Once your account is deleted, purchases can't be restored or moved to another account.
Artists who sell on Kreyon: if your account has artist earnings or completed payout verification, the app will ask you to email us instead, so that we can pay what you're owed before we close the account.
Delete some data without deleting your account: email o.art@lmvctec.in and tell us what you'd like removed, or ask to see or correct the data we hold.
We process personal data under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. You can ask what data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, withdraw consent, or nominate someone to act for you. If you're not satisfied with our answer, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
Kreyon Store accounts and purchases are for people aged 18 or over. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian should create the account and make purchases. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe we have, email us and we will delete it.
All traffic between the app and our servers is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Sign-in is handled by Firebase Authentication, and we never see your password. Each account can read only its own purchases, and paid downloads are delivered through short-lived signed links.
